"How difficult it is to be simple," said Van Gogh. In 2020, threats to our environment & health, social, technological & political upheaval altogether called out to simplify & quiet my surroundings. How to express this visually?  Change 'tho necessary & inevitable creates chaos. Calm follows after emotional dues are paid: shock & denial, raging, resisting, accepting, releasing which disquiet runs through all change processes.
